Each year, 1,200 student volunteers join the Phillips Brooks House Association to run more than 50 social service and social action programs, serving more than 7,000 constituents.

Upcoming PBHA Events

    Attend our 22nd Annual SUP Auction

    This night of food and fun will support the SUP’s student-run summer camps serving more than 600 children and teens throughout Boston and Cambridge. Heavy appetizers and an open bar are included with your ticket, along with the opportunity to bid on some exciting auction items! A “Kid’s Corner,” with children’s activities, will be provided in the event space.

    Apply to Work at SUP

    Directors will oversee the operation of one of 12 summer day camps. Directors receive a $6,000-$7,000 stipend and room/board. Each Senior Counselor at SUP works with groups of children ages 6-13 for six weeks during the summer. Senior Counselors receive a $5,500 stipend and room/board. Directors and Senior Counselors are being accepted on a rolling basis.

    Join us for Housing Awareness Month!

    April is Housing Awareness Month at PBHA! We invite you to engage in critical conversations, hands-on initiatives, and community-building events. Each week explores a different theme, from homelessness to tenant rights, federal housing policy, and the intersections of housing with the environment, politics, and self-care.

The Phillips Brooks House Association strives for social justice.

As a student-led organization, PBHA mobilizes volunteers in collaboration with Boston and Cambridge partners to address gaps in opportunities and resources. We develop student and community leadership to creatively meet critical needs and advocate for structural change. PBHA seeks to promote social awareness and community involvement at Harvard and beyond.
